Refund Policy

At Mainely Sober, we want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Returned in the original packaging (if applicable).

• Initiated within 30 days of purchase.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.

1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

2. You’ll receive an email notification confirming that we’ve received your return. This email will also include the status of your refund approval.

3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 6 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method and will include the value of the item and any applicable taxes.

 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your exchange.

2. If approved, we’ll provide tracking information for the replacement item being sent your way.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee responsibility for lost returns.
